You'll find professionally-built training templates, always accompanied by a detailed programming book (PDF), for your reading pleasure. You can either buy the training programs in-app, or through their website (where you can download them separately, if you so please), as they both sync to the app! You can track your progress and even your body measurements. There are also free templates for you to try out. Highly recommended. I'd also recommend their social media content and forums!

Great for BBM programs. They're smoothly integrated into the app and are easy to manage. Since I'm a slacker, it would be cool if it had a rest timer that started after I input the RPE for my last set. It would also be awesome if it could estimate my weight for the next set based on the reps&rpe of the previous set.

I love this app and the programs available. I have one issue with it which is a graphical bug. Whenever I'm inputting sets and returning to the program, I'm left with a giant black box on the bottom half of the screen that doesn't go away. Would love a fix for this as otherwise this app is fantastic. Google Pixel 9

I love the BBM crew, but this app has been a struggle for me to get working compared to using Google Sheets, it's not intuitive at all. How to adjust overall program lifts is not clear to me, as it appears to only be possible by individual day, not the program block. Deleting workouts started for testing is not clear either as they seem to remain in history with no option to delete? I'm guessing most of this functionality exists, but requiring research in a manual for an app nowadays is unusual.
