So far so good I'm glad to have the opportunity to support local businesses in a better way. I've just placed my first order on the app which was easy, and I'm just waiting for it to arrive. A couple of points of feedback: -Would be useful to show an indicator of how long food will be, before and after ordering. -It is impossible to find the app on Google store by searching 'Barbi' or 'Barbi Bristol' as you are deluged with Barbie doll results.

Works well, and I'm sure it will improve as it's user base increases. Fantastic that it puts more money in the pocket of the hospitality venues and staff and not so much in billionaire multinationals companies. Will definitely be recommending to Bristol friends.

I like the idea, but the app itself is terrible. It needs a lot of work. I can't get it to register an address making it completely unusable for me at the moment.

Amazing idea. But I've I had extremely poor experiences and no customer service via the app. I had a restaurant accept and order but miss items as they didn't do them anymore (why accept the order?) They claimed to have called me, but I had no missed calls. They provided no alternative item and no refund. No one from the app or restaurant has contacted me despite my messages. Very poor and sad as I like the concept. I'd recommend using the foodstuff app as it is the closet alternative.

Problem with my first order was never resolved. I ordered 3 vegan gluten-free items, but one was substituted for an item containing dairy, eggs and wheat. Luckily I had my wits about me and didn't assume it was alright (I have allergies). I raised the issue through the app but got no response, so I emailed and still nothing. There is no way to rate restaurants on the app, so I could not share my experience. Really poor show.

I like the idea and would like to support a local option rather than ordering through one of the takeaway giants, but the app is not easy to use - there is no info on the dishes, the UI is poor and often makes you wait while it reloads, split screen doesn't work properly (which I use to copy payment details in) and it's showing that I've placed 3 orders instead of one (this seems to be related to the split screen problem stopping the checkout process, I've only been charged once).
