sometimes the customer doesn't pick calls and for that reason the bark needs to add more points, so we can have chances to get to more customer also 15 points is higher for one person by the time someone picks 3 people 50 points as finished and sometimes none of the customer will pick call it will be good if they can reduce the points get the customer to 10 points

All of these negative reviews have genuinely blown my mind. I have used this app across 3 different businesses, and it has delivered real results on every single one. My main business gets 100 percent of its work from Bark. I am not rich, but I am self-sufficient, and it keeps work coming in. The packages are expensive and lead pricing can be frustrating, especially when you are left with a few credits you cannot use, but that's why I have the pro package

Even after several complains bark makes no effort to ensure customers posting jobs are really serious. Leads now cost from £8-18 to purchase to end with a customer never answering their phone or replying to messages when you tell Bark they tell as long as the number ring they can't give your money back. Credits TOO EXPENSIVE THESE DAYS TO END UP WITH GHOST CLIENTS. SOME Jobs ARE ADVERTISED AS 15-20 CREDIT ONLY FOR YOU TO RING AND BE TOLD BY THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR WORK.😡😡😡😡😡😡.

If you are a tradesman don't waste your time and money on this lead generating app, leads are expensive and the customers aren't real customers, one customer was named "family" the email address was for someone in Maidstone Kent, the telephone number was a Mother well telephone number and the job was in Edinburgh!! I disputed the lead after paying 13 credits for it, and they said it was a real lead 🤣🤣
