Getting better than it was right after Rite Aid/Bartell's merger and integration. I've updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Easy to request refills and check status. Doesn't really give full info though, like if a prescription is too soon or if it's being ordered from off-site.

Has an annoying bug: it takes 3 BUSINESS hours to fill a prescription, but the app thinks it's 3 regular hours. So if you tap to fill a prescription around 7 AM, but the pharmacy doesn't open until 8, the app will pre-fill 10 AM as the pickup time, and when you submit it the backend will return an obscure error. You have to manually pick 11 AM for the request to work. Also needs biometrics support, logging in is a pain! Otherwise, I really appreciate the ease of filling prescriptions from an app!

Prescription refill function is unreliable. Date/time selection is ignored by the Pharmacy. Pharmacy fill is done days after confirmed fill date. App does not notify of delay.

Revised my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. The app is unreliable after the Rite Aid merger. Some prescriptions simply don't appear in the list even though they used to be there, new prescriptions don't consistently update into the app, and existing prescriptions may show 0 refills even though the pharmacy can see that there's still refills. It used to be pretty good but when Bartells & Rite Aid began integrating their systems the app reliability went down, and it's only moderately useful now.
