It's a decent app for what it does, a huge plus on not needing an account to use the app to change settings on the earbuds. But the whole part of the buds resetting every time I turn them on is annoying, very annoying. Given the app is open, and I can set it to always be running, we should be able to set either the app with settings we want or the app, so it updates the buds. Having to always come back to the app to fix my settings is a very annoying thing to do.

Please add a "Save Settings EQ" feature for Bases MA10 Pro earbuds and also a single-tap gesture. I need these functions. I'm rating it 4 stars for now due to the lack of these features.

The app made my buds worse. Now when long press I can only switch ANC and transparency mode, the ANC off mode is removed by update !!! Do not update your buds !!!

I've been using their Eli Sports 1 for almost a year. But I'm not sure if the problem is the device or the app. I've recently charged it to 100%, connected it to this app, and it only shows 3% even if I haven't used it yet

I have bases H1i at first in the app it can be supported by LHDC codec, after the update just 2 years ago they leave it to AAC they should put it back that feature which is their marketing materials claims LHDC supported

Bases app is great if you use an upper-midrange or flagship Bases product. Entry product not useful much. I am using the Bases Inspire XP1, current flagship earbuds with 'Sound by Bose.' Bad is Bases app doesn't allow user to log in on multiple devices simultaneously. Does Bases think people only use their earbuds with a single device? They need to make this more practical.
