I love this app! I hope that they never get rid of it. I've been using it for years and it's so simple. There's a checklist option, and there's a long note option. There are no ads that I have to deal with, just optional ones at the bottom.

Simple, easy to use. Really just the perfect notes app, you can make some notes private and switch between built-in dark mode and light mode. Performance for long notes seems to be device-dependent; I have some notes that are over 10,000 words long, and it still doesn't have much lag.

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star after years of using this app, from being simple and easy now is full of ads that prevent you to write the note. You should be ashamed!!!!

Changed terms holds notes hostage. Innacceptable behavior randomly ambushes you with extortionate "consent forms"

For basic notes its usable, but the increase in adds that effectively lock the app until you close then re-open make it pointless especially if you want to quickly make a bite and have to deal with that.
