It has been handy to be able to check the battery status from the phone. The app shows the same settings that is displayed in my Jay co Silver line. I have been travelling around Tassie for the last 3 weeks with a lot of free camping. With the blue tooth you can view the battery status outside.

When first purchased work ok. But as time has gone on it keeps saying battery disconnected toggle the Bluetooth in the phone and the two tablets I have it connected to but all say the same needs app to work. Delete and reload app still no connection then out of the nowhere all three will start again. Problematic app or battery monitor. I installed this as it matches the BM unit in my caravan but it's not worth the money I paid for it. Was going to get the gas monitors but not now. Tried all na

Hopeless have older version not syncing. Tried with update pro +100 only got the logo a black screen and an instruction to choose battery from a list that isn't there? Frozen screen. Freezer struggling and unable to work out and monitor battery integrity. Junk pile.

Similar to others App continues to randomly disconnect for no valid reason. Contacted support, tried everything suggested except to pay $150AUD + postage to have it checked out. Cheaper to buy something else. Then it started working again, albeit intermittently. The device keeps transmitting but the App won't stay connected. When it has disconnected lithium battery type does not appear under settings!!! Definitely something wrong with App. Please update your App so the device stays connected.

Have had for several months and am disappointed at the crude information available... No usage history/ graphs, battery level in only 10% increments, no way to modify alerts.... The device is sound but software/ firmware needs an overhaul imho.
