Works great, however I can't turn on generator while in the cloud mode when Bluetooth is out if ranged. Can do everything else though. Any advice?

When I first downloaded almost a year ago I had some issues. Not being a tech genius I later found that I needed an updated phone. I still had some minor issues. However, 2 weeks ago I took my camper to a RAM dealership, and they updated the computer programming. I only had one issue since, and it might have been lost signal in a dead zone. Otherwise, it's great. I love to control the climate and lights from the app while I'm using my camper.

I like this app a lot in my class b Thor sequence, but it needs to be able to be accessed remotely on a cell phone even when you're away from your RV. Also, though it's not the fault of BM pro, they need to get truma on board with their controls being able to be accessed through the bmpro itself. And those should only be software updates that don't require a hardware change.

I got a notice to update the BM PRO RVMaster-TMC installed on my Thor Tellaro 20AT. The update was quick, but when I pressed OPEN, it went into upload mode and has been churning for several hours now. I have no access to my RV systems. Need advise!

The 2.4.5 version update was great in that it fixed the generator non-start issue. Any status on fixing the thermostat issue when the coach DC voltage (from solar or converter) goes above 14V? Since voltage above 14V causes the thermostat to read incorrectly and extremely low, not only does this keep the air conditioner from running, but it could also potentially cause the furnace to run and not turn off until the voltage decreases. I believe this could be considered a fire hazard, has the NHTSA been advised of this issue/risk? Thanks for the response, but you totally missed my point. If the furnace is on and the set point is 68 but the voltage increases above 14V which would force the thermostat below the set point then the furnace would run continuously until the voltage drops back, correct? This could present a fire hazard. Since BM Pro doesn't respond to my ticket (20189) from the end of July, is there any estimate on when a resolution for this issue is expected?

Works great with Bluetooth but only occasionally with Wi-Fi. Logging out and then back in helps momentarily. Very buggy
