Changing my rating. Works much better now. There is one minor problem. If you don't have to app on your phone anymore, and need it to log into your account...it will ask you to use the app to verify it's you before you can actually use the app. So you have to remove the authenticator, dowaod and sign in...then reactive the authenticator.

Definitely needed if you're a Blizzard Game Player, I mean it's got it all as far as communication and all that jazz. Great if you're needing to communicate with someone in-game or their mobile that plays any of the Blizzard Games. Still like the old access to buying and selling in AH I believe through the WoW Companion app. A definite must if in a WoW community tied to a BNet ID.

Haven't been able to log in properly for a long while. At first the app itself would just open a browser tab to give me a login page and then ask me to get a code from the authenticator - how exactly can I use the authenticator to log in TO the authenticator? Now it seems to be half logged in, in that it will now give me authentication codes if I want to log in to the desktop program, but it cannot load my account info. Fun times.

Been with blizzard since warcraft 3. I was a pro dota 1 player. I've always accepted thier terrible customer service. But this week I got banned for saying the f word once. It must have been a GM I swore at on an alt account because he instantly replied "enjoy your week-long ban", within 30 minutes my account was banned for a week. But players I've seen type the N word, the R word, and even Fa**ot, get reported, and you still see them the next day. Basically you only get banned if you upset a GM
