BBO is great; for Bridge Players. Interactive; limited but useful chat / mail options. +: Daylong events are fun. Other events can be great practice; with a regular partner. Very good instructional parts. Well-supported, updated and maintained. When updates backfire they catch up and correct soon. Friendly and efficient support. -: The robots can make ridiculous mistakes. Increases in fees and costs reduce attendance and "returns". Must be reconsidered urgently.

Too many ads No response to bad robot bids or fixes to issues I've emailed BBO no less than eight times regarding bids done by the robots specifying that they held a certain hand based on the information shown for that particular bid, and it would be nowhere close to the hand that they should or have a minimum amount of points.not! Bad App.

Too many ad after last update, and very annoying. It even made ad-break in the middle of a hand and unable to return back properly. UNINSTALL it.

I used to play this game uninterrupted by ads. Now the ads, specifically Temu, are so intrusive that I can no longer get to play. I'm very annoyed.

Software needs attention, using Bridge Master tool, in a hand tried a finesse through West, the Queen showed up in East, hit redeal, started again, took the finesse through East and the Queen showed up in the West hand, I have the screenshots to prove it....
