I love this app and this card, it's easy to use and does everything I need, Maybe the ones that doesn't like it should be reminded of all of the fees other cards charge , and then maybe they will be grateful for BBVA for making it easy in todays money hungry world....THANK YOU BBVA,,,that's all people should say.....

I used to really like this app until a few months ago when I had to request a new card because I had a fradulent charge. I called customer service and was eventually sent a new card. Several app functions including the ability to lock the card had been disabled so I contacted customer service both via email (never received a response) and over the phone. Aside from apologies, they said they would look into the issue and that I should call back. The app itself said to call customer service and I did but the issue was unresolved. I still cannot lock the card through the app and am reluctant to keep using it since I believe the issue should have been resolved when I called. *Update: Problem was solved.

The app works well. It is the actual customer service from people that is
awful. I have banked with bbva compass for several years and love it. I got
the clear spend card for my daughter because I wanted a way for her to
learn about money. After having the card for a year she went to the store
and lost it. Since then I have received some of the worst customer service.
I have been down right lied to, found out there was supposed to be a card
in my name also that we never received. I can not access my money until new
card arrives, but can not ensure I will even get it. To send it to the bank
branch will take an extra 3 to 5 business days pushing this whole fiasco to
3 weeks before we can get to the money that was needed to buy some things
for school. I am so disappointed in the rude and ridiculous service I have
received in an already frustrating situation.

Since this new update there's NOTHING coming up!! It's just a blank screen!!! This sucks. The app worked just fine until then. Now ill have to get on a desktop(laptop) to check my balance!!!
