Our mobile app helps our members to get the most out of their dental insurance plan and to achieve oral health and wellness.
In this release, we have added the ability for our members to submit a claim at the snap of a photo and submit it for processing. In addition, you can store your digital insurance ID cards in your Apple Wallet. This makes for a much more convenient experience.

The sign-in is impossible, just like the website. I have literally been on the phone with rep, they confirm my password change, and still cannot sign in. It is the only app/website I have this issue with, it's junk.

I can't log in to the dental app. Second time I've used it, and it craps out on me. I put in my info, and it says it can't process my request. Also, I have medical and dental through FEP BCBS, and it's bs that I can't go through the same app, or even the same website 🙄 might as well find another service that's cheaper or gives better electronic service, if I have to have 2 logins anyway.

The app won't let me sign in. Says login info is either invalid or the account could be locked. Even though I literally just created it, and I can sign in just fine on the website. But the app is broken.

Just helps you find a provider, and it's not even good at that. Somehow defaults to California even if you put in a city and state. Works by zip code though. Doesn't list all the providers, so it's useless. No claims' information. I expect better from BCBS. Also, if you leave the app and come back, it'll log you out every time, even if you left for just a second.
