I do have the app on my phone, but I cannot use it bc it wants to pick a password the way the app wants instead of what I prefer to use.i.tried to put in 3 passwords and none was good enough for it, so I gave up.

Terrible app as it consistently either says no drivers available or lets you book a ride than tries to move it up an hour. No I set a pickup for a specific time because that's what time works for me not an hour earlier.

I like that this is available. I don't like that in order to get a ride at 11 am I have to be up at 6 am so that I can call every half hour to get a ride to work. Scheduling a ride for 2 weeks later, that doesn't work. I work in a restaurant. My hours are not the same from one week to the next. The on demand ride option is hit or miss. I've been late numerous times because I had to start to set up a ride at 5am and never got a ride. I've tried setting up rides in the app. It does not work.
