Worst service. I paid and booked. And ended up waiting in the location for half an hour, yet nobody came, nobody assisted on WhatsApp or on call. I insist on a refund to my account!

Very Pathetic experience. Pickup was supposed to be at 6 PM.10 minutes passed by and there is no news of the ride. There is no driver number or point of contact. I tried to contact the office number, and they gave another number to contact. I called and explained, they told to hold and then hung up. I tried calling again, but he kept disconnecting. After 5 mins, I got a call and said the ride is still in Oud Metha. They will rebook for 7PM. There is no planning at all as if they have only 1 vehicle

Is trying to get the refund of the money I have deposited as the service for me is not available. Have sent many emails as there is no contact number to call but no reply no refund yet.
