Seems intuitive. I think there is a glitch during registration. It asks to verify your bank account, but requires that you verify your registration first. You need to exit the app, verify subscription, and then add funds. My recommendation, remove adding the bank account until after account validation. Also, an app tutorial would be helpful.

I'd definitely recommend. Easy process to set up and also liquidate. I wouldn't have canceled subscription if I truly had the extra money to invest. I emailed them today about when my funds would be back in my account and got a response within hours.

Could provide more options with explanation on how having multiple goals within the app will work. I sent 1st goal thinking long term but wanted to have stocks purchased based on short-term goals. Also navigating to the area to see what I'm invested in isn't easy, but also not seeing individual stock growth or loss is unfortunate. I'm not a trader but would want to see what's growing vs what is not. However, the app makes it easy to put money in it, I'm just hoping it pays out.

They sold my account to a different company. That company stopped supporting the account type I had. The new company is telling me to log into the beanstox app to liquidate my account to avoid fees, the beanstox app says my email address is not on file. Upon contacting beanstox I am emailing with what I feel like a bot who basically tells me they don't care, talk to who we sold you to. I will stay far away from anything beanstox related going forward.

Super glitchy! Keeps trying to verify identity every time I log in, it's been 5 days already. Can't close account or stop them from pulling money from your account. The idea of the app is good, but it's super glitchy! Do not recommend!

Horrible app and horrible support. I closed my account and emailed them many times to close it after my account froze and wouldn't process my withdrawal request. Now, a few months later after a nightmare ended, a new nightmare begins. My bank has yet another fee charge on it from drive wealth. They are stealing money from my account.
