Application not working properly at times, idea of investing its good however it's not much different from other investment applications where actually the companies are making money using your money and paying you close to nothing

I'd definitely recommend. Easy process to set up and also liquidate. I wouldn't have canceled subscription if I truly had the extra money to invest. I emailed them today about when my funds would be back in my account and got a response within hours.

They sold my account to a different company. That company stopped supporting the account type I had. The new company is telling me to log into the beanstox app to liquidate my account to avoid fees, the beanstox app says my email address is not on file. Upon contacting beanstox I am emailing with what I feel like a bot who basically tells me they don't care, talk to who we sold you to. I will stay far away from anything beanstox related going forward.

Needs work. Error message with linking bank account. Can't change investment strategy after the fact. I know it is designed to be simple but could lose the reigns a bit. Cancelled the subscription, and now I am having trouble withdrawing my funds. Needs work

Don't give them your money, when you're ready to close your account they promise you your money within 3-5 business days deposited into your account. That is a lie! I closed my account last week and have been waiting patiently for MY money, but they still have not given it to me. The longer they hold it the more my balance drops. This in my eyes is stealing.
