The app crashes at checkout at the point of selecting a card. It did this a couple of months ago when I tried to place an order, and I ended up having to go via the website. Just tried again, and it's done the same thing. The app is fully updated. It's a handy app for browsing and accessing your orders, but it's a bit pointless if it can't be used for placing orders!

The app is very glitchy. I can't see what I type in the search bar as it's white on white? I can't search through the app properly as it glitches back to the home page... not a very good layout, either...

Can't open it anymore. My phone says the app has a bug and to try after the developers release a fix. When it did work, it kept jumping around when scrolling through the products which is quite annoying

When I couldn't receive my order, was a birthday present to myself by the way, they kicked me off the app and says app isn't compatible with my Android phone. Ridiculous Beauty Bay🙃
