I am so incredibly frustrated. I placed an order, checked out as a guest, and immediately had a charge on my card. I did not receive a confirmation email or text, but I did start regularly receiving marketing texts from the company. After waiting patiently for 5 days, I called for a status update. Customer Service has let me know that they have no record of my order, were unwilling to assist at all, and told me to take the issue up with my bank. My bank said it could take up to 45 days.

It's a scam. It will tell you your order total, but then will charge you a bonus large percent on your card. This extra charge won't be displayed on the order total. For me, my order total was 34.99, and it charges me 50.50.

The app really needs an update. App layout is mediocre at best, unable to sign in to the app, unable to reliably sort through fragrances, and unable to go to fragrance brands. I love buying from fragrance net, but it makes me go crazy when I can't do certain things. It would help me, everyone who buys from fragrance net and acquiring new happy customers if u good gladly invest in your app.

Website is safer, I tried to app for a little while but this last time the app took about $300 from my account when trying to order from app (order never went through). Went back to the website to place my order and report the money the app took. Love Fragrance Net not so much the app though. It's safer to go to the website itself.
