While I like Dragnet l continuously have issues with their App. The App often will not complete the sales transaction after payment is made. Leaves PayPal with a hanging transaction. The Apps Search feature is very finicky. Search for a brand, misspell the fragrance by a letter -> often won't find it. Go from Cart to find something else to buy -> continuously routed back to cart despite having moved forward subsequently with a brand and then fragrance search. Great place, bad app.

They price fragrances way above MSRP so that when you use the "coupon" it feels like you're saving a ton of money. They also use terrible shipping services like OnTrac. For example, MFK Masculine Pluriel is priced at $370 but MSRP is $260? Price after coupon is $248. Gee, thanks. Two stars because some popular designer fragrances are genuinely cheaper.

I have been buying on this website for years now and never had any issues. Everything was real. But now is being 2 times they sent me the fake version of the perfume I wanted. And yes, i have order Fantasy before, and it was perfect 2nd time not even close super fake. I still kept buying because I love this website but yesterday when I received my 2nd bottle of Paris Hilton and Pure disappointment 😞 is not the real one. Smells horrible. And you can't send them back because you already opened them.
