Wish I could pay in my euros when living in Asia. I lose a lot on exchange rates and bank. Please improve this. When shipping a product there are no updates the obly update is when parcell is shipped. I have delivered parcell but according tracking it is not delivered and no info at all since the dat it was shipped. I wrote them, but I get an answer on this they tell there are always updates. I hope it will improve. My order arrived in a good timeframe 2 weeks. Products are goos+good price

The latest update of app and website is horrible. My 10% tier member discount randomly disappear and reappear and disappear again when I added products in cart. I have reported to customer service, and they told me to log out, clear cache and restart. I did so for many times and the glitch still persists. Maybe the new update wants me to pay full price? It seems that strawberry net is not doing anything about this. This is a serious issue. Maybe the glitch is making them extra money 🤣

Your latest update is so bad. First of all, your app detect my country is wrong. It detects my location in Afghanistan. The worst part it I have to change location every time I log in, and you cannot save your location manually. Secondly don't why you removed the wishlist tab. Out of sudden all my wishlist items is gone. I hope you can fix your app and add back the wishlist tab! Also, your app is slow!

After update, it's getting worse. Very slow. The chatbot function is very annoying, keep popping up taking half the screen. Very hard to browse for product. Every time going in to view a product, after going back, the list is gone, back to the homepage. Very, very bad design. Impossible to purchase anything else other than item on your main page. What a pitty, I missed shopping at strawberry net, but now I can't.
