Brilliant bit of kit. Really not sure why there are many negative reviews. How do some people struggle so much with the app when it's very simple to use... It works absolutely fine. So fine in fact when I checked deep in my ear, I saw a hearing aid speaker lodged inside. Managed to get it out. 😀 I find it so good how you can video and take photos of inside your ear. I highly recommend this product, and ignore the low reviews. It really is simple to use.

Whatever you did to update this app makes it so that my phone doesn't connect to the device Wi-Fi anymore. I can't use it. Garbage now?

Since the release of the new app my be bird device camera does not work. The online customer service does not work. This is utter garbage. Please fix it.
