The Wi-Fi was tricky at first. It shows connected, but the live video did not work. So I disconnected the Wi-Fi, then pushed the return/reverse arrow on my phone until I saw the wand image on the app. After I pushed the "Continue" button on the app, the live video worked. Also, taking the lid off of the ear wand initiates the Wi-Fi to turn on in the app. If a thin green light is not lit around the wand, the Wi-Fi cannot work because it needs to be charged. Charge the wand when it arrives.

For those claiming the device doesn't have internet, it shouldn't have internet in the first place. Turn off ur data and let ur phone depend on the device for Wi-Fi, and it will work.

FOR ANYONE HAVING ISSUES CONNECTING, YOU MUST FIRST GO INTO YOUR SETTINGS AND DISCONNECT YOUR PHONE FROM ITS MOBILE DATA, THEN CONNECT THE Wi-Fi TO THE BEB IRD Wi-Fi. IT WILL THEN CONNECT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. IT TOOK ME A MINUTE TO FIGURE THIS OUT I HAD THE SAME ISSUES AS EVERYONE ELSE. HOWEVER, SINCE FIGURE IT OUT, IVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES AT ALL. I THINK THIS IS A GREAT HANDY TOOL TO KEEP AROUND YOUR HOUSE.

It works fine with my device, but sneakily pastes whatever's on your clipboard whenever you open the app which is sketchy.

It does not matter what I do, I connect to the be bird Wi-Fi, and it will never ever actually show me the camera, after three times of uninstalling the app, it finally gave me the icon to go to the camera. It was black even though my device was on, and wouldn't work. I haven't seen the camera icon since. Now when I try to connect it just says blocked. I have to borrow my parents phone just to use this glitchy app. Sucks immensely, waste of time and money.
