I've used this app with zero issues whatsoever for the last 3 years and am I having so many issues since the newest version update. Blurry image, lagging/frozen screen, issues connecting. The "auto connect" never works and manual connect sometimes gets confused, and I get the spinning wheel of death while already connected to the be bird Wi-Fi. Have deleted and redownloaded app. App and device are both up to date. Device is fully charged. Basically unusable now, so very disappointing.

Since the release of the new app my be bird device camera does not work. The online customer service does not work. This is utter garbage. Please fix it.
