Just received the new device from their latest crowdfunding campaign and it works great. The app connected to the device with no trouble and video quality was excellent. This is considerably better than the last horoscope I owned.

Brilliant bit of kit. Really not sure why there are many negative reviews. How do some people struggle so much with the app when it's very simple to use... It works absolutely fine. So fine in fact when I checked deep in my ear, I saw a hearing aid speaker lodged inside. Managed to get it out. 😀 I find it so good how you can video and take photos of inside your ear. I highly recommend this product, and ignore the low reviews. It really is simple to use.

Works as advertised. The difficulty comes with cleaning the lens. Difficult to get a clear picture even with the brush provided and lens cleaners. I finally solved it by looking at the lens through a magnifying app, a magnifying glass would work as well. With that I was able to clear the bits of wax off the lens surface using a pin. Be careful not to scratch the lens though. I think it works best at 3x magnification

Device stopped connecting. No customer support although there's an option which asks you the purchase platform order ID and seller details but cannot even send them. Worst app experience. The camera freezes after 2 seconds of connection

Since the release of the new app my be bird device camera does not work. The online customer service does not work. This is utter garbage. Please fix it.

They must have released an update that no longer connects to the tweezers. No matter what I try they will not connect. So now I have to throw them away. Will not be buying from this brand again. If I'm going to buy something and then after a few years you make it to where I can't use it anymore? I'm not going to waste my money. I spent a lot on these tweezers. So, I am pretty aggravated that I can no longer connect to them and use them.
