Bedfordshire Libraries Easy to use library app

★★★★★ Andy Hooper · Oct 16, 2024

Amazing service, right on our doorsteps, even in our homes via the app.

★★★★★ Michael Fincham · May 25, 2020

Shout out to Bedford library! Everyone there is hardworking, and I used this app for years managing my loans. An astounding achievement for such a small organization. Nice job!

★☆☆☆☆ Daniel Hutton · Feb 26, 2016

I can't renew books. The screen only shows the first 3 books I have borrowed and does not scroll.

★★☆☆☆ Michelle · Jul 15, 2025

This app has potential, but it's let down by constant bugs. It regularly forgets both my account and my children's linked accounts for no obvious reason, which means I have to find our details and set everything up again. We can't choose our own PINs, which makes logging in more difficult than it could be. The app often crashes, and renewing books doesn't always work properly. I really want to like this app, but it needs serious improvements to be dependable

Appalling app. Doesn't load properly. Have to restart the app multiple times, and then you may get lucky!
