IDK why there are so many 1-star reviews, the dashcam and app have always worked great for me! I even caught a video of a car crash that happened right in from of me. The video quality was great, and it was simple to pull the video of the cam to give to the drivers for this insurance! I love my cam and in the month I've owned it, I've already received enough honey Tokens to pay for 1/4 of the cost to buy it! It will pay for its self in WELL under a year of use.

Recent updates have dramatically improved download and upload speeds. Still an occasional issue but love to see the improvements coming out.

The camera constantly disconnects, even with the app open. It won't reconnect unless you quit the app and relaunch it. Hive mapper had better functionality, like the ability to see route saturation. I waited 18 months for my Bee to finally arrive after ordering and the quality of the software is a let-down. It honestly makes me concerned for the longevity of the entire project and value of Honey.

Firmware updates. Reduced earnings massively. Latest firmware update completely bricked camera. Discord completely locked down, so you can't get any advice. Support inbox overwhelmed by everyone with bricked cameras

Not sure if it's the app or the camera, but the app REFUSES to stay connected to the camera over Wi-Fi. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps including rebooting both my phone and the camera, but it keeps dropping the connection. Extremely annoying, especially with the frequent firmware updates that have to be uploaded from my phone to the camera. Why can't the camera update itself over Wi-Fi? It has to connect to the Internet to upload pictures, why can't it download its own updates?
