IDK why there are so many 1-star reviews, the dashcam and app have always worked great for me! I even caught a video of a car crash that happened right in from of me. The video quality was great, and it was simple to pull the video of the cam to give to the drivers for this insurance! I love my cam and in the month I've owned it, I've already received enough honey Tokens to pay for 1/4 of the cost to buy it! It will pay for its self in WELL under a year of use.

People need to chill & let it rock, the bad rating needs to stop, nothing starts w excellence, it grows overtime & will always make its best adjustments for the device and software to work as good as possible.

After mapping for maybe 15 minutes the app disconnects from the camera and when I try to reconnect it just says it's connected. Super annoying. Have to unplug the dashcam and start from square one.

Uugh. My bee Wi-Fi doesn't stay connected. Powers off. Also you have to connect to the Wi-Fi on your phone to get connected. Then I lose all service to everything? ?

Not sure if it's the app or the camera, but the app REFUSES to stay connected to the camera over Wi-Fi. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps including rebooting both my phone and the camera, but it keeps dropping the connection. Extremely annoying, especially with the frequent firmware updates that have to be uploaded from my phone to the camera. Why can't the camera update itself over Wi-Fi? It has to connect to the Internet to upload pictures, why can't it download its own updates?
