My first subscription finished on a Sunday & I was out of power. I was desperate, I tried the customer service to assist me recharge only to find out they don't work on Sunday. Thank God for the flyer which referred me to this Beebe pay app. I downloaded it, followed the proper procedure which took me through paying with my master card. I was sent an activation code afterward which I dialed into the Beebe box using ... # activation code #...and voilà I was back on power. So, so happy!

It took me about 15 minutes to download the app, sign up and make payment using my ATM card. After I completed the payment, my activation code was sent to me in less than two minutes. I downloaded the mobile app, but a different phone number and name was saved against my serial number. All attempts to change it has been in vain since the app doesn't work well. I have to be manually making payment, and it takes days to get the activation code. This is very poor. I regret buying this product
