After some issues with my account with Beem credit Union, Michelle A. from the mission Branch went over and above to figure this out. It took a couple of weeks, but we got it done. I've been with this group since Alder grove credit Union and seen their changes, and I'm glad to see they're growing. I have known Michelle for a very long time, and she is always there for me as are the rest of the members. Thank you for all you have done

App and bank service are horrible. Switching banks now due to this change. This merger and "upgrade" have failed miserably.

Very dysfunctional and difficult to log in with their stupid code. I don't need those idiots to tell me to enter a code. This is why I have a password. They charge more for services and have very poor hours of operation. Don't think they realize people have jobs and unlike them don't get off work until 5 or later and not off work before noon on Saturday. A very corporate banking institution. I believe they have become a bank and no longer a credit union that is looking out its client.

Nothing but issues since beem took over interior savings. App doesn't even work any more only error messages even atter deleting it.
