The Belfast Bus Tracker travel application gives you immediate access to real time information about bus services throughout Belfast, using the inbuilt GPS features of your smart phone to work out where you are and deliver live visual public transport information.
You can:
- Find stops near to where you are and see services that use each stop - Save favourite stops so that you can find them quickly whenever you need them - Save home and work stops so that you can see buses running on services for those stops at a glance - Set an alert that sounds when you approach a stop - See a map showing bus and stop locations - Show a list of departures from a selected stop - See a route map showing scheduled and predicted departure times at each stop
Recent changes: Support for Stop Messages and Journey Cancellations Stop Messages (e.g. Roadworks/Service Disruption Messages) are now displayed in the Stop Departures View Cancelled Journey Arrivals are now displayed in the Stops Departure View Update app to latest Android SDK

This is a great app. It lists the bus routes, bus numbers and times scheduled to arrive at your stop. Also, buses can be tracked during journey route, which is great. Better than Tran slink's app, which is confusing.

Very nice app better than there transl ink app but It Would be nice if we had the bus fleet number as some routes have more than 1 service on the road even if we're known if it was a single or double-decker

I was tracking my bus, and it told me it was one stop away, no bus came at all, yet the app updated to say it had departed my stop. Complete rubbish. I had to get a taxi as I waited at the stop for another 20 mins in case it was late, but I had no confidence regarding more buses coming.

Potentially 5 stars but: Stops should have better descriptor than just a number, as some with same name have different locations (e.g. Waterworks), and can be inbound or outbound. See on map often doesn't show the stop, but where I am located. See on map should show full route (zoomable) and show all buses of same route number that are presently on route. See route map should also show this info. The model I am comparing with is Seattle Metro Transit.
