I use the Believ network in West London, and have had an excellent experience so far. That's not to say that everything has worked perfectly first time every time, but I've found their customer services respond very quickly to resolve the very occasional issues I've had. Their phone number is on the charge pods and someone answers promptly; & comments via their app or email have been dealt with quickly.

When signing up no activation SMS was received. I tried to resend the code 4 times. When logging in it asks for a username but this is your email address. Now when using the app my closest charger is not showing up.

It is the most useless EV app I have had the misfortune to use. I had to install my details three times, and it still didn't work. The app says charge point A or B and the charging post has either 1 or 2 on it. Such basic errors are an indication of how rubbish it is. I have now uninstall the app and won't be using it again. I went to a Source charge point instead.

The worst of all EV public charging apps (an impressive accolade) - charging machines aren't labeled consistently with what is displayed on the app, registration SMS takes hours to come, after days of failed registrations. When registering you have to untick the option of marketing, which I think is in breach of GDPR. The map to search for chargers doesn't work. The screen on multiple chargers I've attempted to use in Croydon doesn't work.
