This COULD BE a really nice app. It has lots of issues. It doesn't see all the "things" on my network. It sees NOTHING that's connected VIA my repeater. It's reading wrong which radio devices some items are connected to...... also not showing what's inactive when ALL is chosen. Isn't there a way to show the 5g radio to choose that connection, instead of letting that be automatic?

App does not allow you to log in - there is literally no way to press an "enter" in order to initiate logging in. Thinking I may have forgotten the correct password, I looked for a password reset, and again, there is no option for that either. Is the app no longer supported? The service is also amazingly SLOW. Only one device uses the internet at a time, and it still lags and loses internet service completely on a routine basis - can be anytime of day.

I was 33 dollars short on my payment because my mom has cancer .she won't be here long. Tuesday I paid all but $33; knowing my mother is sick I been out town with her. They couldn't find it in there heart to turn it on, so I can get a hold of nurses;Dr ;pharmacy and look things up 2 help her. My mom to be able to have lil longer or her to enjoy watching TV online. 33 dollars 11 dollars a day until I could pay it in full so anyone except a lil kindness in an emergency don't I'm calling for boycott
