Worst experience so far, A. Called customer care from the registered phone number , but system says call from registered phone number and dropped on me. B. Unable to login to Niyo app, Niyo bharat says you have logged into incorrect app. And third niyo finserve app doesnt let me in, so not sure if these are all fake apps. And my card belong to which app. C. No instructions written on welcome letter, no details provided on website any of Niyo. Worst experience ever.
