I am sighted. Notifications/alerts don't work on mine. And 95% of the time that I check to see if someone needs help there is no request for help. Thus, my excitement to help almost always never pans out. And too often I don't bother opening the app. However, the idea is wonderful, and I respect the concept of this app, and therefore I give it 5 stars.

Used to be a sighted user of this app and loved it despite all the bugs and how rarely I got requests. However, I stopped getting request notifications and when I checked I couldn't even log into the app anymore due to an error message. It seems the app is no longer being maintained and doesn't work.
