Entered the room ID in first page after opening app, it showed the internet speed with patient details when proceeded it automatically came back to the first page (enter room ID), also phone showed notification your app stopped working sometimes. App is not working. (recommend opening the given link in laptop/pc in Chrome browser - worked fine, without complications).

The app is fantastic for connecting doctors with patients. But only concern with the app is that there is no way we will get a bill for consultation. Hospital won't give as we paid through App. The website or app does not have option to download bill after the payment. Only way is download a booking information, but that does not have sufficient information of payment. This is making it difficult to claim the bill later for reimbursement. They should send the proper bill to mail I'd provided.

Doctor consultation fee is doubled here. If visted directly in hospital it will be 400 but online consulting charge via app is 800. Cheating people using the term digitalization. Will try to avoid using this app in future
