I have used this app. I would highly recommend downloading it to your phone if you are feeling depressed or suicidal. I used it when I couldn't get hold of the crisis team. It saved my life. You need to download this as the mental health services in the community are at stretching point, and it is getting harder and harder to contact them in a crisis. You owe it to yourself and your family to do this. When you have downloaded it, listen to it, then if you ever need to use it, it will be familiar

Not helpful in crisis. No way to adjust things for personal needs, ie it says go for a walk, but I'm in a wheelchair, so it just reminded me why I want to die. Assumes a person has friends too.

Sadley . Whilst the voice is reassuring, it doesn't cover ext ream issues relating to pain . Suicide is a long term responce to a short term goal ... not when the pain cannot be controlled or thete is Naidoo treatment
