I've had this app for two years after a friend requested I try it. I'm now officially over a year self harm free. This app has kept me motivated for the future. I especially love the breathing and distract activities. It has helped me so much in so many stressful times. If you're reading this and struggle with self harm, please know that it does get better. It takes so much work, but you deserve to be happy.

Downloaded app, wrote a diary entry & didn't save it in time...when I came back to it, everything I'd written had been deleted (clearly no auto-save as per gmail). I got super upset (bcoz it was important to me, but I couldn't remember properly to rewrite it...bcoz of memory probs related to my PTSD) Ironically, this led to self harm & me deleting the app. Cheers!

I bet this app has helped a lot of people, but for me, it makes me worse. There are a lot of activities that include interactions with others, which only make me feel more lonely and thus more likely to harm. An option to turn them off would be nice.

Does not have any form of optimization for built-in phone accessibility features. This app is unusable due to clipping issues with increased text size. It has good options, but you cannot use it if you have issues with sight, therefore I am rating it 2 stars.
