The app is really easy to navigate, it gives you a bunch of things to calm down, it keeps track of feelings and concerns throughout your day, you get a reminder to see if you had a chance or did do self harm, and there aren't many ads. You can write down how you feel, they have an emergency call, a card to send to people if you want, and if you want you can get premium. I haven't looked at premium due to not really needing it, but it might add extra helpful things.

Overall good app. But what sucks about it now is the analytics are a "premium feature" which really sucks for those that don't have money to buy such things. Uninstalled because of all the premium stuff. It makes no sense. I love the little games to de-stress, but having premium blocking some important things for others is counterintuitive and a bad decision.

Important features are under premium and the price is insane. This is a mental health app, not a quick moneymaker. I understand needing to have some form of income but that price is criminal. If it was the year's price, that would be doable but part of why I need this app is because my money situation is bringing me stress. It is awful to put such a price on it.

Was great at first, I could track my progress and how long I had gone without relapsing. Well, now it's all gone. I had a password set up, but I forgot the password. This has happened a few times before, and I've dealt with it. Pressed reset password, got an email, ect. Well, today I tried to go into it and reset my password, didn't work at all. Password reset button flashed and did nothing. Fix this, or I'm going to delete it and find something else.
