This is a cool and helpful app. However, I would encourage it to do more research on OCD though, it really does not give a great explanation and implies that OCD is synonymous with health anxiety. That very much is one common OCD theme, but it is far from the wide scope of things that affect many different people with OCD.

Good app, just two notes. When I try to type a text I cannot scrol the screen down enough to keep seeing the text box. It disappears behind my keyboard. And I would like some exercises in it that are also in calm harm. It seems that app contains more coping strategies than just cbt and a breathing exercise it also has more interaction than clear fear. But it is a bit weird to read about harm when it is about anxiety. Another option would be to choose in the harm app what one is using it for.

Genuinely can't fault this app for what I need it to do. I mainly use it for panic attacks and the recording helps so much! Was recommended to me by a company, and now I recommend it to others. Maybe a nice add-on could be some of those anxiety-relief like app add-ons? Something that helps calm you when you're feeling a bit on anxiety. I have an app for it, but it would be more convenient built-in. Such a good app though! Definitely recommend!

The app is fine but in your privacy policy you clearly state that you will be transferring personal data to countries with no data protection laws. It bugs me a lot, so I will not be using this app

I started using this app again after a long time, and it was helping. But because of the time I wasn't using it I forget my password and the answers for the safety questions. So now I can't reset my passcode and I can't use the self-monitoring because you need the passcode for using it.
