I saw this app on a post on Facebook. The FB user was promoting it, so I downloaded it to check it out. I have severe anxiety, so I'll give anything a try to help ease it. So far I can say: I LOVE IT. The exercises there are to choose from, I can see them helping me when I do go into my "episode". They'll help me focus on something to take my mind away from my anxious thoughts. My thoughts are toxic to me. It's also calming. I'll have to use it when I'm actually having an "episode".

I have PTSD and Generalized anxiety disorder. This helps me organize what I need to and help me breath. This works for me amazingly.

Good app, just two notes. When I try to type a text I cannot scrol the screen down enough to keep seeing the text box. It disappears behind my keyboard. And I would like some exercises in it that are also in calm harm. It seems that app contains more coping strategies than just cbt and a breathing exercise it also has more interaction than clear fear. But it is a bit weird to read about harm when it is about anxiety. Another option would be to choose in the harm app what one is using it for.

This is a cool and helpful app. However, I would encourage it to do more research on OCD though, it really does not give a great explanation and implies that OCD is synonymous with health anxiety. That very much is one common OCD theme, but it is far from the wide scope of things that affect many different people with OCD.

The app is fine but in your privacy policy you clearly state that you will be transferring personal data to countries with no data protection laws. It bugs me a lot, so I will not be using this app

I started using this app again after a long time, and it was helping. But because of the time I wasn't using it I forget my password and the answers for the safety questions. So now I can't reset my passcode and I can't use the self-monitoring because you need the passcode for using it.

Doesn't help you at all, others say it's a good app but for someone with social anxiety it's a challenge to use without feeling worse. Wouldn't recommend for peopling with social anxiety :/
