5 days in, losing weight. Fairly easy to use and lots of calorie tracking features. Tbh, at this stage I'm always hungry and feeling sore from exercise but hoping my body will adjust. Edit: Now 2 weeks in. My body has adjusted! I'm not hungry all the time anymore, just before meals and im not sore anymore. Still losing weight. Lost almost 3 kilos so far! Also feeling a lot stronger and healthier. I think its expensive but worth the money if you can afford it.

I downloaded this app because I needed something to help guide me through my workouts, but then I let it go. I threw out my back and injured it pretty badly, so I started again with just some back stretching exercises, by day 3 I was able to be well enough to start wall Pilates again. There are many videos of different workouts to do that fit the schedules we have. I recommend this for anyone who doesn't have the time to go to classes or hit the gym, and will continue my subscription.

Been using this app for more than 3 months. It is really great and easy to navigate through the app. But I wish there is an Activity history to keep track on what workout we have been doing so It's easy to plan to upcoming workout ahead.

I have tried two different programs at two different times from this company. They advertise that they are beginner-friendly and promote a wellness journey for everyone. These programs are suited for individuals in peak physical condition. You will get little to no explanation on how to execute exercises, just told to do them. When I was contacted by CS in regards to my latest feedback on their workout I was told individuals unable to preform the exercise should just skip it.

I bought a yearly subscription for Rs 1950 today June26 2026 and later the same day I saw there was permanent discount which said Rs900 for 12 week which will be activated after the yearly subscription ends which is after june26 2027. But now when I saw my mail, the yearly subscription is cancelled, and it was activated with the later one which will be effective from Jan 11 2027. Could you initiate the refund which is deducted or could you help me compensate it

Cancelled my subscription within the alloted tome frame to not get billed, and they charged me anyway. Don't let them scam you.
