★★★★★ I really enjoy the courses; Explanations of healthy and unhealthy mental health situations; and the mindfulness and just for today growth challenges they encourage you to try out. I have tried and am I using mindfulness techniques, they help with peace of mind and self-esteem, self-confidence and control. I look forward to doing more of the exercises each day, as I slowly explore more and more of this encouragingly helpful app.

★★☆☆☆ Money deducted even after cancellation of subscription. Scamming app. Don't fall for it. If money deducted, they have applause to not refund. You are done.

★★☆☆☆ ****Edited****I hate signing up for a free trial and being duped. Please send a refund. Yes I forgot to cancel. I'm so sick of these apps offering a free trial and then charging the monthly fee. No reminders. No notifications. I couldn't even find this one in the app store with my subscriptions. During my free trial I didn't end up using the app so that tells you how valuable and useful it was to me. I have received a full refund. They offered partial refund at first then gave full refund.

★★☆☆☆ There's no value here. You'd be better off with guided meditations on YouTube and reading a couple articles about mental health. The quiz you take at the beginning is misleading. Nothing on the app has anything to do with relationships or attachment styles at all. Don't waste your time or money.
