Coaches do not all engage in evidence based approaches. Customer support lies to you about refunds & the coach matching system does not work, so you need to write down a potential match, ask support to rematch you, and repeat until you get your own manual list. Overall, this is a very deceptive organization ranging from the advertising as coaching based on science to the false promises and inconsistent lies that their support team will tell you. They scammed me out of $500

Do NOT use Better Up - please read this carefully : I have a handful of paid sessions cancelled without being informed. I lost a total of a few hundred dollars. I wrote to the Help Desk and requested to escalate this malpractice to the management, and this was their reply "included in our terms of service" - I requested for a rollover of removal of paid sessions to the next month, and Better Up did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Better Up do not have consumers/customers at their hearts.

I would not suggest using them. I tried a GRIEF COACH with zero experience with GRIEF and insulted me in the last and second session. I suggest not using this service for a life coach. I highly suggest using a better life coach service after doing investigation on them. Apparently they hire unqualified life coaches on this service which do a terrible job. Apparently they allow coaches with zero training in grief to be a GRIEF COACH with zero credentials in their work history with GRIEF.
