Nimo pharmacy staff always go out of their way to help you. Whenever I've had any issues with prescriptions they're always happy to help. And I use their app & messaging service regularly. Brilliant service!

Stopped working. Every time I order my prescriptions it says that it's been sent to the surgery, when I ring the surgery a week later, and they have had nothing. This has happened on more than one occasion. So I've uninstalled the app, and now I will email his surgery for my prescriptions from now on, one of the worst apps I've ever used. Ever.

Fundamentally broken as I am unable to order repeat prescriptions. The surgery has authorized the chemist to supply repeats for a year, so the app uses this data to define when I can reorder - as in not for another year! End result is I can't order through the surgery or the app and have to phone the chemist each time. Sadly I can't switch back to the old app I had as it insists I use this one now.

Unreliable. Not compatible with some devices. Samsung smartphone usually has messaged no internet connection when actual connection is fine. Same has occurred on Samsung tablet but then comes back and then goes again. So far it has not been active at the right time to place an order so that part of it is untested Unpredictable. Unreliable. Thus far I can only say avoid it like the plague. I hope they sort it soon as I have been with my pharmacy for many years and don't want to change.
