I cannot add my checking acct for auto-pay via the app. It says this app has a bug for 2 months now. Layla is fantastic at Wind Rush Apartments! She has been super helpful with the whole process. Cynthia, the manger, has been great as well. Great Apartments and neighborhood. The main issue here is the trash. The valet company is not the best. Maintenance is amazing! He's right on the ball and super friendly. I'll change my stars to a 5 when I can add my checking acct via the app.

Does not work to set up direct payment with the bank. And somehow, very since I got this app, my card information has been STOLEN 3 TIMES. Have not input my brand-new debit card information anywhere but to pay rent, and immediately get fraudulent charges on both cards for the first time ever. How does this app protect your information???? Because clearly it isn't. Garbage app that doesn't even work

Bugs in payment methods does not allow me to input verification code to link bank account. Very important to fix ASAP. Bank link is unusable for payments
