Misleading app, nothing but a farce. There's no technology that can provide early warning signals for Earthquake. Velocity of P-S waves are 11.5-8 km/s respectively. Then you need at least 3 seismic stations to pinpoint the Epicenter. By the time all this information is compiled to send alerts, damage will have already occurred.
