I redeemed Air Asia Ride RM10 voucher with 250Pt + RM6.79 but extra 815Pt + 250Pt deducted from my balance and also charged RM6.79 as well. Also I redeemed 2 vouchers but my app received only one voucher. I sent an inquiry via email to big point but super slow response. You charged too much and provided only one voucher. How terrible the stability and quality of the big rewards app and customer service response.. Please give me a refund which you over charged...
