Wanted to activate the account but the OTP never comes on India number. Have accumulated few points but the app just doesn't allow to create an account. Gets stuck at OTP step. Same status for over a month. Anyone from BOUND customer support here ??

This app is good but, dead slow. I walk 10k every day and connected google fit to bound. This app doesn't update how many steps I walk and doesn't update it's bound points. Even if it did, you can't claim them, and they can not show in your bound points 🤬
