Every time you place the order the amount is deducted then they call that sorry the ordered item is finished. Today again same thing happened, and they failed to deliver instead asking me to come and pick or utilize the amount next time. I had to go to their outlet to pick up my order at 10.30 pm tomato is their partner who charged Rs 65 as delivery charges. We have had a very bad experience both the times. We will never ever order from their 67 Urbana outlet nor will vist.

Pathetic experience during festive season. Served the worst food during Dussehra, service was very bad. This was my first worst experience in Bikanervala Kidwai Nagar restaurant Kanpur. This was my favorite restaurant, but after 02nd October 2025 (Dussehra day) I decided not to visit again in this restaurant. This restaurant has degraded the name and fame of Bikanervala restaurant chain.
