Had an amazing experience at Biplane Biryani! The Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani was flavorful with perfectly cooked, tender meat. The spices were well-balanced and the portion size was generous. Highly recommend trying their Chicken 65 as well. Quick service and friendly staff.

Never ever order food from this app, food is good but this app delivery service is the worst

Worst app, I had ordered and waited till 90 minutes yet my order not delivered never order from this app. Lastly I had called the restaurant, but they didn't respond to my calls. Then I called customer care they advised me to not order from the biplane biryani app you should have ordered from Tomato or Twiggy, and finally they cancelled my order saying that the delivery partner flew taking my order and I will get the refund within 7 days.

I have the worst experience with the outlet person on call and biplane app. Today I have ordered a biryani, and they showed it delivered without delivery the order. The person on call kept saying that you have ordered by self, and we never delivered the order by restaurant to anyone. They asked me to order another one, and I will send your this order with the rider also. The most interesting thing I have the bill on top of which it is written delivery by restaurant with 80 delivery charges.
