Products prices are quite high, especially non-edibles. Also, please alert members when the accumulated points are about to expire. The only way people can know about this is to check the T&C (probably after losing points without prior notice, because I did, lol) and maybe it's just me but RM1 for 1 point and 1000 point for RM5 reward is quite crazy btw, only redeemable things about this mart is the friendliness of staffs and RM5 voucher gifted on Bday.

I do not like the part where registration needs to collect name as per IC/passport. Bilabial is a mart, not MySejahtera.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
