Changes the language from page to page, does not store the plate selected in the session e.g. when forward and backward in parking steps to make sure of map location...

Although parking was paid for and receipt received, a ticket was left on windshield. With no evidence such as photograph that can be challenged. No contact information on the app such as telephone to speak to customer services. Not a very professional system. Next day couple of parking officers in the car park I met with, realized camera made a mistake, reading number 1 as letter I. No offer to refund as if it was not their system at fault. Poor customer service and system too.

I would rate it higher but when I ran out of time and discovered I could not increase my time like most parking apps, I was very angry. If it is possible to increase the time please tell me how as I cannot find an option like this.
