For 1 week already, an instruction to update the app on the front screen/page kept BLOCKING login. I cannot go into the app!! When I update from play store, it continuously shows PENDING (not updating!) and the OPEN key stays in GREY color (cannot open)! So I UNINSTALL app, then RE-INSTALL B Infinite again. The re-installation still remains PENDING, not installing + the OPEN key/instruction remains gray color, not green!! Pls HELP ASAP. I need to use B Infinite urgently

Of all the 500 apps I hv tried, this is definitely the worst of them all. Don't bother buying or exchanging their partner vouchers. 90% of the retailers have no idea how the vouchers in b infinite app can be redeemed in their system. Even for the few outlets that does, pray hard the right person is there. Whether it is Starbucks or paris baguette.don't waste ur points. In fact, don't bother collecting points. Better still, just delete the app altogether. This app is the cause of many a bad day.

Try to log in with correct email and password. It says incorrect email or password. Okay I click forget password, reset new password. Try login once again. Still INCORRECT. Same problem since I got the member card. Please resolve.
