Great app. I usually struggle to figure out what the average mood of the day was (and that's what most other apps ask for), but here you just choose your lows and highs. Simple yet useful, you can see all your inputs in the graph and understand your patterns. Many thanks for this incredible tool. I don't normally leave reviews, but this is genuinely one of the best mood trackers I have found for bipolar nothing important is paywalled and in my opinion paying is for support and a couple extras this might change in the future, but I hope it doesn't because I am genuinely so pleased with this app it's simplistic, and it sticks to what it's supposed to do genuinely one of the best trackers that's free

As a person who is trying to figure out if im bipolar or not this is awesome, I can show my therapist the mood swings and such. The app is super easy to use, its simple and clear. There are no ads which I love. And overall I recommend to anyone who is struggling with extreme mood swings (I'm NOT A DOCTOR OR A SPECIALIST). It helped me a lot <3 I hope it will help future users too.
