Great app. I usually struggle to figure out what the average mood of the day was (and that's what most other apps ask for), but here you just choose your lows and highs. Simple yet useful, you can see all your inputs in the graph and understand your patterns. Many thanks for this incredible tool. (Hope this review makes sense, English is my second lang, sorry if something sounds off)

I don't normally leave reviews, but this is genuinely one of the best mood trackers I have found for bipolar nothing important is paywalled and in my opinion paying is for support and a couple extras this might change in the future, but I hope it doesn't because I am genuinely so pleased with this app it's simplistic, and it sticks to what it's supposed to do genuinely one of the best trackers that's free

Great mood tracking app. Simple to use and is useful for general mood tracking. I appreciate that you can add custom tags and notes to give context for a daily log.

I have been using the app to track my moods at my therapist request for about 3 weeks, do to the possibility of being Bipolar 2. I find this app easy to use, and I do like the fact I can go backwards if I forget to log a day. Being able to print results to give to my therapist is a great feature.
