Great mood tracking app. Simple to use and is useful for general mood tracking. I appreciate that you can add custom tags and notes to give context for a daily log.

I love the idea of typing in your lowest and highest mood every day. Cause basic mood trackers make it harder to analyze how you actually feel. What if you had spikes of extra-happy but overall day seems normal? Then I'd type in "normal" usually, whereas it can be the beginning of a hypomanic episode. But here I can actually see highest and lowest, and It's really, really helpful. Overall, I recommend. Also, subscription is VERY CHEAP (and trust me, im poor as a rock).

As a person who is trying to figure out if im bipolar or not this is awesome, I can show my therapist the mood swings and such. The app is super easy to use, its simple and clear. There are no ads which I love. And overall I recommend to anyone who is struggling with extreme mood swings (I'm NOT A DOCTOR OR A SPECIALIST). It helped me a lot <3 I hope it will help future users too.
