Excellent. Easy to use. Like the weekly monthly view. Can help keep you on track. I would forget my mood. Great to show psychiatrist.

Edit: Thank you! 😀 It's a really useful app. I even recommended it to a friend who doesn't have bipolar (he needs to track his moods) and he finds it useful too.

I am a therapist who used to encourage clients to use this app. The new version takes away all the functionality of the old version. Clients used to be able to see a large mood chart of the whole week by clicking on "history" and now there is a minuscule little useless graph that is much less clear. You used to be able to click on one data point representing one day and see what the person had written that day, and now that feature is just gone. So very disappointed with the changes. Fix please!

When I first got this app last year I would have given it 5. It's been so phenomenal for tracking my mood, emotions and sleep. However, I hate new update. It's complicated, the simple version was SO much better, and I wish they would go back. I could easily log how much sleep I had and see on a graph my sleep pattern. It was all on one page clear, concise and easy to understand. I am SO disappointed. I NEVER write reviews this is how disappointed I am. It didn't need pretty user face it was perfect

1st time using it today. I'm a bit manic today. The app was confusing, too busy and too in my face with suggested activities etc. I don't think this app has been properly trialed with the user group it's supposed to support. Lots of clever ideas & tools but the changes have made it unhelpful for people who are manic, or very depressed. I liked the simplicity of the old app and the muted colors. Could here be a basic version? Glad my history was migrated, that's the main reason I use
