Birds that are damaged but have no QR Code cannot be reported. Thus, the bird at 270 N Vermont Ave in LA sits and never gets fixed.

Absolutely the worst scoot rental service I've used so far. I've taken 2 or 3 trips only and the scooters have not worked properly. They won't start after using a kick-start, but will go if I walk with it slowly hit the throttle and then jump on. Not sure if it's the same parking in every town, but in windsor they need to be parked in specific places away from anything.what's the point in using a scooter of you have to walk 10-15 minutes to your location after using it. Horrible experience.

Location not working and can't park scooter on the registered location... Still getting charged after ride!

Horrible customer service! I purchased a Day Pass in the app that would allow my unlimited rides for the entire day up until 45 minutes. I saw with my own eyes that the app confirmed payment for the day pass then asked me to scan scooter QR code. After taking 4 consecutive trips, I realized the app charged me for 4 individual rides! I contacted the AI bot who created a ticket and when I heard back from an actual person, they basically emailed me to say: "You didn't buy the day pass". 🤦

Horrible experience, was unable to end ride due to idiotic no parking rules, I want my money back, never riding with bird ever again they should be ashamed to be a company
