Please can you make it easy to differentiate between bikes and scooters. I have zero interest in riding a scooter, but I love the bikes. But in order to find a bike, I have to click on every single icon for each nearby vehicle to see if it is either a scooter or a bike. This would be a tiny change which would make me way more likely to use the service.

Everything states must wear the helmet than the option to unlock helmet or not comes up with yes or no, thank you....still runs if chose no thank you. Also states not to be used on a sidewalk should warn that offload uneven dirt trails are not easily navigated. Would not use in traffic. Headlight points 89 degrees down illuminating a whopping 5 or so feet ....at 20 km /hr not super handy. Lastly parking is annoying must be directly on invisible spot then asks if you safely chained it to the pole?

SCA MMM!!!!! We rode 4 blocks on 4 scooters, and it took us over 40 minutes to end the rides. At our destination we moved thw scooters to 5 different parking zones and none would let us end the rides. GPS was showing scooters we in the middle of the street when they were on the sidewalk. Parking zones kept moving in the app. LIVE SUPPORT WASN'T AVAILABLE, TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES. WE WERE CHARGED OVER $120 4 BLOCKS!!!!!!! All while being stuck outside in the Phoenix heat!!

They recently put a change you can only park the bird in designated parking spots, can't end the ride any other way. I use these scooters for my convenience, not yours.

Using AI to verify parking is fine until it glitches. If the AI doesn't work, the app traps you in an "unlocked state" loop. It refuses to let you end the ride, the meter keeps ticking, and your card keeps getting charged. Because the app won't turn the scooter off, there is absolutely nothing stopping someone from walking up, hopping on, and riding it away on your dime while you're stuck trying to get the app to respond. Fix your app's offline/glitch handling. No help from the help desk
