Its fun and the weather are good 👍. Riding around was a great way to get to the places I wanted to go without dealing with parking garages but the pedestrian loading zone was a little tricky for my first time Riding overall it was just a good experience all around

Excellent value with the membership. Don't reserve a scooter unless you need it. 30 min max hold for reservation, otherwise a $15 penalty. Stay safe and respect your local laws.

Got charged for a 20-minute ride on a scooter that never moved. Couldn't get a second scooter to scan for my wife to ride and canceled both rides before 5 minutes was up.

Cant end your ride unless you are in a parking zone now, which is pointless as they are all located on one side of the city, can't end my ride now because of this. Very useless!

I've used many brands of e-scooter before (Dott, Bolt, Voi, Lime, etc.). These Bird scooters are BY FAR THE WORST. Shoddy and worn looking, no phone holders, and no indicators. But worse, they didn't work properly. My girlfriend's one did not work from the get-go (despite having battery) and she had to change to a Bolt, whilst mine was incredibly temperamental and kept randomly cutting out (despite not being in a restricted area). Also, twice I tried to park in a parking zone, and it didn't let me
