I used to use Neuron, I changed to lime after Neuron removed their student discount. The app and riding experience is so much better on Lime and now, since Neuron doesn't have the student discount, Lime is the cheaper and better option

Five stars for customer service. I live on Capitol Hill in Seattle and often take Lime scooters when I need to commute the short distance to downtown. A few times, there have been errors on my part: Thinking I had locked the scooter when it hadn't finished yet and someone then went for a joyride, etc. Every time, the matter was handled quickly, accurately, and fairly.

Works, but not for group rides in Vancouver, B.C. It didn't even present the group ride option on my screen. Updating the app & cycling my phone on and off didn't work either. Customer support didn't answer my email. No fun scooter ride through the park for us.

App freezes all the time... for a ride 1 min 1 second I get charged 2 mins? Why?! Also, no more dark mode. New update, no dark mode, no overlay of zones ... after today's update: nothing has changed. Same problems. Release notes for the updates would be useful... not just "we regularly update the app blah blah blah" latest update: nothing fixed. Not surprised. I created a ticket. You didn't address anything!!! Stop telling me to reach out to support. I do. They don't help. 4 updates later...

Tried riding the stupid thing, it charged me a subscription and then charged me for trying to ride it. I was scammed don't use it

The app keeps insisting that I am in a no-parking zone despite it is the parking zone with Lime and other share-riding companies. This requires paying to move around, or move away quite far bc the app insisted on different reasons for no-parking So after the parking frustration, the photos of the parking place with parking space still are provided to the customer service. Here they keep insisting that I was in the wrong, that the app was right, and I should read the FAQ. Like. The arrogance.
